To rename a root topic

  1. Rename the topic title on the front page
  2. Rename the topic's root page
  3. Rename the Content category
  4. Rename the Topic name in the Admin - Config Services panel.
  5. Rename the associated member group
  6. Rename the associated topic admin group

Exactly 8 topics are expected.

Rebuild search indexes
After the topic name has changed, the seach indexed should be updated. Results are categorized by topic, so all search indexes should be rebuilt after the change.
