By altering the page categories manually, it is possible to override the steps in the Editorial Process. This may be needed sometimes. However, errors may distrupt the process.

Admin Page Categories
Category Tree Description
Content Theme groups. Controls access to the theme groups "at work" pages,
Organization Permission control.
The Handbook category means public access.
The others sets permissions to the corresponding editorial role.
Process Permission control for the editorial process
Controls the permission switching in the different editorial phases

The admin view sees the whole category structure associated with the pages.

Theme Responsible can also alter the page content, but due to a lower permission, the view is a bit different.
