 On setting of rates for services of the icebreaker fleet on the Northern Sea Route

  1. To determine maximum rates on icebreaker fleet services along the NSR routes, according to the Annex.

  1. To determine, that the rates for services of icebreaker fleet on the routes of the NSR can be at the maximum rate or lower.

  1. The order is in full power as prescribed in the legislation.

* Research vessels, having permission for marine scientific research in the internal sea waters, territorial sea, exclusive economic zone and the continental shelf of the Russian Federation, issued by the Federal Executive Body responsible for the State politics in the field of scientific and technical activity  acceding to the Rules for scientific research in the internal sea waters, territorial sea, exclusive economic zone and the continental shelf of the Russian Federation approved by the Government of the Russian Federation  on  30.07.2004 № 391 (Collection of the Laws of the Russian Federation, 2004, № 32, art. 3338; 2010, № 31, art. 4247).

Maximum rates for services of the icebreaker fleet along the Northern Sea Route to ensure the transportation of cargo to the Far North areas and equated regions with restricted time of delivery the purchase and supply of this cargo being carried out at the federal budget and regional funds of the state financial support of the prescheduled delivery of products (goods) to the Far North areas.
